Last week while staying at Horseshoe Bay SWR's I had an issue with my Dometic awning, as my next port of call was Bonny Hills I googled caravan sales in Port Macquarie to try to book van in to get it looked at. First up appeared was a very large dealer on Hastings River Drive, was told too much on to have a look, I asked for another dealer that they could recommend to do the job, ( a slide on the top rail, a half hour job) and was told they would all be the same, too much on? Next one down the list was R&V Caravans on Acacia Av, they could not be more helpful, organized to be there at 9am, drove in, was offered coffee for self and wife, the boy's were straight onto to job, tensioned the annex as well, they were all over my staffy, Martin and I drove out of there 3/4's of an hour later.
