can you connect a 12v deep cycle battery to  two 6v batteries if 6volt batterirs are connected to make a 12v

yes i have two 6v trojans connected to the solar work fine ,but will be upgrading to a bigger set up soon

Yes but it is not recommended to connect batteries of different capacity in parallel.
