now up to 81 posts. maybe i'm barking up the wrong tree , they are built in toowoomba, i don't want a 5th wheeler that the jacks run on power , i'd rather have a manual to wind down same as the awning . i will be a solo & free camping & don'y want all the bells & whistles
We have a Winjana Cattai 760 5th Wheeler & tow with a 2013 Isuzu D-Max. It tows really well!
We have had it now for about 15 months and done about 6000 Km with it. We have experienced a few minor problems with the van which Andrew Brennan, owner of Winjana RV, has fixed without a murmur!
thanks peter have sent private message before i see your post here. thankyou i'll have to go up there to see them. i'm in SA Adelaide i like the gas bottles big ones on the outside.
have you managed to get up to Toowoomba to have a look at a Winjana Ormiston? I too am interested in an Ormiston Off-road with a few modifications. Won't be able to get up there until Xmas, when the factory will most likely be closed.
I like the simplicity of the designs and the ability to get off the beaten track. From what I've been able to glen from my research, the owners have a very good reputation with the buyers of their 5th wheelers.
Bob
PS I'm from country SA

Hi Bob, I think the post you are replying to is well out of date. I am fairly sure I saw that Dave had put a deposit on a different type of 5th wheeler about a month ago. I think it was a "Cafe", close relative of the Ultima.
If you have a look in Show us your rig I think you will find it.

1. Be patient, some only come on the forum ever few days and not several times a day. Also it's not 81 posts, it's 81 viewers, it was up to 225 views when I got my Email Digest.
2. I'm sure that others would supply manual jacks if asked.
3. Seeing you have had a bitch about lack of response, let me have a little bitch. How about you use the shift key and insert capital letters in your text. It makes messages easier to read.
I have only heard good things about this manufacturer. I think you should receive a good product from them. They would be the first I would see if I had the money for a new van.
