Exmouth Flood Damage

Just wondering if and fellow travellers have heard anything with regards the flood damaged areas around Exmouth. We are heading that way and have been told by a few that the NP at Exmouth suffered badly in the floods a few weeks back. I also spoke to a resident of Exmouth and he told the same story. I know that it is often hard to get a caravan spot there and from what I'm hearing it might prove to be a place to avoid. I will contact NP's as we get closer but am currently trying to work out some sort of travel plan.confuse

We were in the area during the inundation. I think you will find that Cape Range National Park is closed indefinitely. Exmouth and Coral Bay are OK to visit.
