Keeping your fresh fruit and salads


Want your fresh fruit salads   ,,,potato, cold slaw , any , to keep fresh for a week ....give them a good sprinkle of CITRIC  ACID. In the cake part of the Super Market

IT is easier to sprinkle the food in the caravan,makes a lot of mess if done in the cake section of the supermarket

I read somewhere that washing veges & fruit in a weak vinegar solution does the same.
