Mix one egg well and add half a tea spoon of bicarb and mix well again. Add two table spoons of linseed meal and mix a bit more. Place the mix in a small safe microwave dish about the size of a single piece of bread and cook for sixty seconds.
I call it my ninety second bread. Can be toasted if you wish and can also be made into hamburger buns.
If there's no microwave available, and a regular oven is too much trouble, I wonder if the mixture would work in a jaffle iron for a couple of minutes?
