Heading up to the Atherton tablelands on Sunday been wanting to go there for years ,not taking the van flying up having 10days

any one tell me what weather will be like and temperatures,

Don't want to take my overcoat unless i really have to lol

Have a great and safe trip David and Lesley.

You will find the tropics there warm during the day and cooler at night if anything like Townsville. I would say no overcoat will be needed but maybe just a jumper. I could be corrected on that of course.

Bring your umbrella as showers are predicted all week . Temps around 28 in the daytime with sunny and cloudy periods.

Atherton Tableland just beautiful and heaps to see we were there two years ago and stayed at a terrific caravan park at Walkerman halfway between Atherton and Mareeba we were there in June and definitely no need for winter clothes but as Doug said a cardigan or light weight jacket for nights but it does not get cold at this time of year, have a great holiday.

I was only being generous about the cooler nights AT as I don't find it cool at all, it's the local natives that say it's cold, I laugh, sorry.
