Well, we have sold our property at last.

Feeling very flat at the moment. Now we have to find a new place to live, and then buy a new vehicle to tow a van.

I might not be able to buy a van that I had planned, cause I took a big drop in price, but thems the breaks.

We will be out there soon. biggrin

It's perfectly understandable that you're feeling "flat" after selling your property, especially after taking a drop in price. You're in limbo at the mo. But I'm sure you'll be feeling much better once you own a van and start furnishing it with all your goodies so that it feels like home again. I've noticed that with my slide-on. Now that it's full of my stuff, including personal items, it feels welcoming. The best is yet to come. MollyW, so hang in there.

its not easy selling a home i my self lost a lot of money when i sold my place so i was feeling a bit flat my self

dont no what your plans are in buying a new place but i take it you are down sizing we did that and even though i was up set with the loss of money from the house for me it was the right thing to do 

so a new chapter begins 

embrace it and go with the flow so to speak and enjoy

Luckily we haven't lost money, infact we really have done ok. But this money is our retirement fund, so was hoping for a little extra for some luxuries ! Just have to think twice now.
