A sea of colour:

We have just traveled up from the coast through Dorrigo a through Armidale on our way to Tamworth.

Armidale is so colourfull at the moment with all the autumn tones of the liquid ambers.poplars.flame trees etc. From greens yellows amber burgendys.

Well worth a look if passing that way. Also the drive down through Nundle a across to Wallabadah

Be in Tamworth for Wed a Thurs a then home.

JC.

You are getting quite poetic JC - but I agree - it is a lovely area - huge contrast to where we are - Longreach.

Great to see you out and about JC, enjoy your time away.

Jules, is it a long reach to get anything there? Sorry Jules but someone was about to say it so thought I'd beat  wombat smile

Reminds me a bit of Howlong biggrinbiggrin.  Sorry Mrs and Mr K.

Ya learn something new every day. I thought Canberra was where you went if you wanted to see autumn color. Armidale is a lot closer to where I am in Taree.

Hiya Jim ..

I'll get a look-see at the area myself shortly when I head further north ..

It was great to catch up briefly again with you both Jim .. even though it was due to unfortunate circumstances that brought you here at this time.

Rain is forecast over the next 24 hrs here too .. but I think I'll just wait til it happens !

Happy Travels !

Thanks jon for calling in to the park a it was great to catch up again.

Yes a very sad situation for our very close friends which makes our visit to them even more worth the trip over to Tamworth.

Now its back home for a few days then off to Brissy for the memorial service.
