Keeping Bedding intact

I would like to know how others secure the bedding so it will not fall down when beds are pulled up and secured ready for travel in expanda model vans.

Thanks

homer and Marge

This has taken us back a few years but we did have a 6 berth expanda and when on the move we took the doona and pillows of the two double beds, left the fitted sheet and top sheet on then folded and strapped the bed in place then closed the bed ends. The doona and pillows were placed on the seating so were out of the way. Have you looked at expanderdownunder.com as they have a heap of info that might help you.

I leave the bedding on the mattress made up ready for sleeping ( flat, they are strapped down when the bed is folded) in my 16.9 van, I put the pillows at the side walls so that when the beds are folded the are not crumpled. If you have space in the storage area at the front of the bed ( I store most of my cookware in this are when traveling ) you could put them there. The expanda website is very good too. What size van do you have?

We have two straps over our fold up bed. The pillows fold up into pockets on side where bed folds up. All out of the way. The dunner is folder on outer cupboard .. Two traps like seat belts hold bed together well !!
