I have downloaded Wikicamps in the last few days on my Android tablet and the icon appeared on the main screen. When I open it all the camps in all states are there.
I would suggest that you go into settings and in there should be a area which will show all the apps. that are on your device and Wikicamps will be there.
When you open Wikicamps are all the states shown?
Sorry that I can't be more specific but I am not familiar with the Apple OS just Android and in my tablet the downloaded map will show up in the downloads area.
