scam emails

while I have been away I have received two emails that I do not understand, I have not ordered anything through USPS, this one has an attachment that I have NOT opened, has anybody else ever received emails like this?

My thinking with the 2nd one is that after the 25th June I will receive another email saying that I have been fined x amount of dollars and an address to send the money to.hmmhmmconfuseconfusenono

1st one is this:

Heading: Delivery Status Notification ID#EN884

   the documents relating to the case to court on the specified date.

 

   The copy of the court notice is attached to this letter.

   Please, read it thoroughly.

   Note: The case may be heard by the

Yep !! I agree with Dougwe,, aww That is good legal advice ? no  In your defence you can just strip off in court to show the judge what you did  at Greens???? ------       And the case will be Dismissed because of ? ---   Lack of Evidence ?  wink  biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Hi Wombat,

Just ignore all. If important would receive notification by mail requiring a signature as proof that you received it. Just another scare tactic to get decent people to jump in feet first.

I am sure wombat is well aware, of the pitfalls ?? he is one of the most computer Literate guys on this forum, ?? I am sure wombat made the post to alert others of the scam just so that they are aware ??

However the advice offered is correct and should be followed, by all if they receive similar emails.

 

PS. Wombat I am aware that I was complimentary to your computer Knowledge awwaww As this is NOT wombat week, ?? Please also be aware that the compliments STOP here ???  wink biggrinbiggrin

 I would love to answer those sort of emails if only to just tell them to ef off. biggrinbiggrin

But I will not answer them as it only tells them that the email address is live and they will only send more rubbish.
