Off to WA

We will be leaving home (Flowerdale, Vic)  in a few minutes for Perth to visit our daughter there. We plan on taking nearly 2 months to get there and then 4 months to get home via the Flinders Ranges and any where else that takes our fancy. Hope to meet some other Nomads on our travels.

Hi,

hope you enjoy the west. There is so much to see. Winter is the time to go north but everyone else is there already.  Southwest is very pretty with lots of small quiet van parks and free camps. Goldfields also worth a look.  They had good rains latelyso there   should be waterholes to camp by and don't forget Lake Ballard. Sculptures there quite amazing. (Near Menzies )
