A mate in the States sent a series of maps that help us understand the world better - concentrations of population, countries with and without McDonalds, left and right side driving, etc. Interesting and enlightening stuff. I saved all the maps and assembled them into an album which you can see here (with explanatory captions).

Interesting Gary, not too sure where they got the data for Australia's 98% of population though, Adelaide not shown at all and in WA shows one of the remotest regions up north in WA but nothing for Darwin area in NT ????
