These buffaloo wings are so perfect for a quick meal on the run, give the Mrs a rest from cooking a few times a fortnight.
The Inghams frozen in the freezer dept (app 12 wings in a pack) mostly beside the frozen pies, all you got to do is from frozen put on a oiled tray put oven on to 200 deg cel, cook on one side for app 6 to 7 mins, then turn them over for another 6 or 7 mins.
I wait after there cooked to cool down the put 4 or 5 wings in a glad bag then refreeze again, then its in the microwave for app 3 to 3 1/2 mins, yummy a bit of salad and mother be so having a night off from cooking.
Oh there 700 gram pack costs app $9.03, but can buy cooked ones at the deli @ a $1.00 each where the hot chickens are sold.
There in Coles as well but close to $10.00 a pack.

Excuse my ignorance but exactly where on a chicken do these 'buffalo wings' come from? If they're the 'wings' then there would be minimal meat on them, so do they cut the wing back further so there is more breast or what, or are they like commercial chicken kiev which have no bone and are manufactured.
Regards
I just purchased 7kg from the butcher for $14. I freeze them - x4 to a snap lock bag, then to cook I put them in my dry fryer for around 25 mins. Served with salt and lemon juice by themselves - YUM!!
