Hi on the eastern side  app 4 km's of Gilgandra  in central Nsw  is a Shell Coles express no charge for a shower there plenty of room to park your rig, also a truckies stop as well.

Also a small town south of Wareen is Nevertire, you can camp opp the shop and pub and great meals served if you dont feel like cooking after a days drive.

The meal i had at Nevertire was a Aussie veal  schnitzel was cooked then cheese and finely chopped bacon on top then grilled to a golden brown, with salad or vegies was $15.. as i say was good value

Also this is great to carry in the freezer is

In Woolies there just over $9.00 a frozen pack of 700 grms in the freezer near the meat pies, and app 12 wings in each pack. All you have to do it put the wings on a oiled tray pop in the oven for app 7 mins each side, after being cooked a bit of salad and youumy in the tummy
