Caravan storage in or near Ballarat in Victoria

We've just moved into a unit in Ballarat and were wondering if anyone knew of any storage areas nearby for our van. We don't mind if it's out of town a bit. We did ring Storage King but they want $100 per month and another mob want $25 per week or part thereof.

This seems a bit steep, but wondered if this is the norm or if anyone knows of anywhere cheaper. We're not worried about undercover, just as long as it's secure.

Thanks in advance.

Try the caravan parks. Maryborough which is only a hour away will store them for $10 per week. We stayed there 5 months while our fifth wheeler was built and its a very safe park.

Thanks. I haven't tried Maryborough yet, but I did find Beaufort Lakes C/P at Beaufort will store for $5 per week. The manager said they're pretty full, but he'll find space for us. but I will check out Maryborough too.

No luck with Jayco Ballarat. The receptionist didn't know of anywhere in Ballarat either. Think it'd be in their best interests to know and advise prospective purchasers if they were looking for storage.
