I had the same problem with crowd in Bayswater Victoria doing the gas system on our camper . As much as I would like to name them it would probably make me liable for a law suit .Makes me spew though, that these dodgy people continually take your money for crap service and the worst bit is they get away with it. We should have a name and shame list but for legal reasons it wont happen.

 The first thing you need to do is tell us about your experience, just making a statement that you had a bad experience doesn't really mean much.

Was it an absorption fridge or a compressor fridge, was the repairer a specialist or just an appliance repair place, were they authorised service agents for the brand of fridge..

If it was repaired under warranty then it should still be covered by warranty.
