Watermelon spritzer

4 x 2inch squares of watermellon, and handful of ice into the blender.

Pour it into a glass and top with apple juice and lemonade (50/50) or substitute sparkling mineral water for the lemonade.

Sounds yummy Rosie. Someone gave us peach tea cordial with lemonade last night and it was efreshing.
