Sounds like they are selling up John.

I remember when that was just a little CV park.

A cousin of mine lived there for years, obviously he has moved on now.

Sounds more like they are being sold up rather than they are selling up.

They would have been doing pretty good as the park was a pretty busy one.
My guess is the land has become to valuable not to sell for redevelopment as it's in a prime location.
