I've been lucky lately. I picked the young Mother Theresa and I think I know this one but only with a bit of luck, a fluke. Admittedly I didn't have any idea who it was, and frankly, didn't know where to start looking. I was watching TV tonight about the terrorist attack in Barcelona, and who should appear leading the mourners and visiting the Hospital, the King of Spain. It looks like the man in the photo. So I checked him out and that's who I think it is. I'm not 100% sure, but I think that's him...
Just saw him again on SBS Television, yes it's King Felipe V1 (Sixth)

You are right John, it was a difficult one. I studied that face for a while and had no clue until I saw the King at Barcelona visiting the victims of the recent terrorist attack. I saw the news bulletin on 3 different channels, and the penny dropped. I then Googled King of Spain and it all fell into place. Just pure luck. Ok, let's try this one:
