I put these up on Flickr as it was easy to access for others in some ways.
The photos cover a few birds/lizard/sunrise/sunsets at my stable and also there is one 'set', (under the SETS tab) of a few panoramic shots just north of Quorn SA. These panoramics have a map indicating photo arch and the point from where they were taken.
The panoramic pictures were done more as an experiment than anything else. Also forgot to pack the tripod when I was doing this so he have be built up from hand held shots.
It is from what I can gather actually a baby/juvenile grey wagtail. So it fed on small insects, flying or otherwise.
I have a lot of shots of this bird as I was trying to get a moving shot as he rotated 180 degs on the fence rail. Not easy considering the speed they move at.
Gary that took 40 shots to get. So glad I had a digital camera. Chewed up battery power doing it as well.
Big tele lens but still was about 4 - 5 feet from the bird.
