You can find various LED replacement globes for virtually every type of bulb type these days. Some of the RV and Marine accessory places supply them Whitworths,Bias Boating, and to an extent BCF depending on the franchisee. RV's Unlimited in Vic. Various caravan and camping stores. Fleabay etc.
There is one fly in the ointment though. Some States you have to change the whole fitting to an LED one and cannot just change from an incandescent bulb to an LED replacement globe.
WHY!!! I have no idea, the heat and power draw are obviously less so what's the reason apart making you buy a whole new unit.
hi maggie and alex van and rig congrats ,i,ll try to help ,one option is go to jaycar shop or auto shop there are replacement lights which may be the same size as your existing light bodies or easier still replace the bulbs with led globes , bit hard to find in shops smometimes or buy them online ,easy to replace , they will either be a festoon type or a bayonet type
hope this helps
cheers grae and deb
I've just sourced them off Ebay for our cruiser. First find which globes you want to replace and identify them - then look for "LED Bulbs" in Ebay. Narrow the search by only looking for ones from Australia where there are fractionally dearer but arrive in a few days. I've mainly done the internal ones first up to reduce battery drain when free camping. Be careful when identifying the bulbs and measure them to make syre....also some have offset pins etc.
Good Luck.
I went through this on my old Jayco Westport a couple of years ago, mainly because of the rather dull incandescent lights.
After lots of time investigating the cabling & fittings I decided to go along the LED option path.
First I tried the replacement plug in LED 'globes'.
They were no good as the old ones pointed across the fitting & the LED globes were designed to point outwards. There was no room to modify the fittings to point outwards.
I think that there now may be some LED plug inns that would suit. A lot has changed in this area over the past couple of years.
I also considered replacing or duplicating the whole tail light assemblies but that was too dear & IMHO not a good looking result.
The solution for me was to make up my own light boards with lengths of LED lighting that comes in 3 meter (I think) sticky back rolls. Got them off the net but they are sold at lots of retailers these days. I fitted them with quick connectors that my van wiring spade connectors plug straight into. I carry a couple of spare sets in case of a fault as well as the original fittings & globes .. just in case.
They have worked very well now for the two years of so.
As stated in other replies there are lots of local shops & dozens of internet based sources for LED lights these days.
Just use the magic of Mr.Google. Search 'LED Vehicle lights'
Just out of interest. What is the benefits of replacing the lights? Its not like using less power is a benefit as they are normally only on when the vehicle is running?

I replaced mine because they were not bright enough, even after I cleaned up ALL the connectors & fittings, as well as replacing the prisims.
We sourced all the replacements for the bus from eBay - warehouse in Sydney. Has a physical shop as well. Saved a fortune.
We have to replace some busted ones, and also the rules for roadworthy are different here to what they were where we bought the bus, so some had to be swapped out (reds for splits), so thought we may as well go fully LED, and do the damn lot all at once.
According to the people we spoke to LEDs are not only brighter, they have a longer life too.

some led lights have a longer life. Some of the cheaper imports don't last very long at all before you start losing segments. As for the benifits, led flashers are usually much more visible, ditto for brake lights. Which is a good thing.
