Happy New Year to every one on the forum

be safe and in good health for 2014

Maybe we seen each other on the road

Done my good deed for this year and made a bowl full of Oliebollen for us and the neighbours

First time in 30 years

Now, where is the icing sugar may I ask?

I was married to a Dutch girl in a previous life and I miss those goodies, another favourite was Bitta Bolla (spelling ). Little sort of meat ball things, you will know John. Yummo. Both those goodies I would make sure there are no black cats around and I tell you that for free.

Bitter Ballen is what you meant

I used to make the croquettes, but has been a long time since I made them now we get them frozen from the wholesaler

but they are not as good as home made ones

Happy New Year to everyone from me too. Sitting here enjoying a nice icecold rum and coke, having a smoke and talking to my dogs. They don't respond though, sadly they've passed on. Hmm might be my last rum&coke i think.........
