Toyota 120 series tow bar

Well just had my 120series Prado tow bar replaced under Recall, they had to remove the old tow bar and check for cracks bends or whatever else, they allow 1 MM mine was 1.5 mm out of square, so it was replaced with a new one new bolts and washers, i gave them my old HR WDH bars brackets chains hitch head, and they replaced them with a GENUINE Toyota load distribution hitch  to suit the Prado tow bar FOC,now here is my problem ,the new hitch is non adjustable,it is 40 mm to high and to fit the bar brackets on the a frame in have a cross brace in the way, lucky I have a spare HR WDH,Toyota state if you use an after market WDH on there tow bar there is no claim if the unthinkable happens, the big question is what is the difference between A GENUINE TOYOTA WDH and a HR WDH,my thoughts is a WDH. Is a WDH ,I have just finished a. 14.000 km trip through four states and never had a problem, I do think if you WDH is set up wright it should be all good.

I think I would be taking it back to Toyota and asking them to set it up.
