What do you read?

I start at the bottom of the Index page.  Check out any new posts on the following threads.   Get-Togethers.  Then What's Cooking.  Next is Health and Wellbeing.  Then Travelling with Pets.  Hints, Tips and Great Ideas next.  Then Show us Your Rig, Crafts Corner, "I Digress", Techies' Corner, Solo Grey Nomads, and lastly, the General Forum.

I go back 3 pages on the last one, as there are quite often updated posts that far back.  Occasionally I check out the rest of the threads.

CHeers,

Sheba.

Although there are many things to read on the forum, there are some pages I open first, and some I never go into. There are some topics that just don't do it for me.

i usually go first to "I digress" and then to "crafts" then to "general".  Usually never leave before checking the jokes though, and very occasionally the cooking.  Occasionally I go to the Techies, but I reckon it's a bit of a boys club.

And you?.....

Depending on how much time available, I check them all, leave the techies and jokes till last.

Even though not a solo I usually have a read, have learned a lot about good campsites there!

May your health be on the mend.

There was an unexpected family hiccup that dramatically altered my long laid plans.  In the interim some health issues - damn things change when the clock ticks past a certain hour - will now have some effect.

The site offers broad choice.  Many knowledgeable and patient posters ensure the mixed fare provides morsels for everyone, including those of us who stand for a time in one place urging to continue forays out there, soon.  I have taken to reading about motorhomes.  That is a change for me.

I will always enjoy the down-to-Earth contributions of posters like John (Yeoeleven) who are not afraid to tell and picture it as it is, and the wry, humorous posters, bless them.  Ye gods, I forgot the techies and other practical types.

It is all good.

Read them all depending on time BUT leave anything pertaining to the greens alone. You'd think that's the only place the Mexicans have to crow about.

Techies , Road conditions , Recommendations , Budget campsites , General Forum .

In that order .  Every couple of weeks have a look at some of the others .

I don't spend a lot of time on the internet . Too much to do and see outdoors . ( and too many fish to catch ) .

Now Ontos, that wasn't very nice.
I read them all, the way I have it set up all new posts come to the top. I check what's been posted since I last read in all sections.

As some of you may have noticed, I haven't been trawling much, but I do 'subscribe' to Hints, Tips etc, pick this place, what's the weather doing, and maybe get togethers. So they all come to my emails.

And just occasionally, like now, I'll go through the General Forum, I digress, and whatever else catches my eye.

So I'm probably missing out on a lot of good info, but I haven't been able to go anywhere through ill health, so it's a little depressing for me to read about other people's adventures. hmm

Where billeeeeeee???

I'm excited!

Am I posting in the wrong place???

As to reading in general I will read anything pretty much. I don't watch TV so apart from crafting I just read.

On the forum I'm a random readerl.

Reading barbed wire, however, looks like a talent I haven't yet acquired. I am, however, very good at gazing into the distance (especially with a glass of wine in hand aww) and as I do love old rusty wire I think I could pretty much put myself in the picture here............
