Goodbye Myrtle.

Myrtle has gone. Thank you for nearly 3 yrs of memorable travel. Lots of ups and downs but we got there.

She's gone to a great home. A young solo mum with a 7 yr old son.

Already booked in to go camping next weekend

Would you believe our first overnight stay was at Greens Lake checking the camping out for our first get together.

A lot has happened since then. I'm quite overwhelmed at the moment.

Tomorrow Zena arrives.

RE: Goodbye Myrtle

I hope Zena is all that you could want in a camper and more. I get an attachment to vehicles, I seem to easily transfer it to the next vehicle though.

I reckon Myrtle will be missed by the whole forum! Good on you, HW, may you have happier and safer travels in your new Zena.

I've obviously missed something while I've been busy with birthday bash and visitors. When did all this happen HW? Have you any pictures of the new Zena? And why have you called her Zena? Sounds like a whole new life ahead for you!

Hoping Zena brings you as much if not more pleasure than Myrtle provided.

I hope that Zena brings you as much pleasure as Myrtle did - but is a whole lot more reliable. Happy travels, Marj.

I am sure the tear in your eye today will change to a big smile tomorrow Marg. Safe and comfortable travelling in Zena and hope we meet you somewhere one day.
