I suppose he is the ultimate grey nomad. Just think about it. The rangers give you a hard time, and you move to another time when there were no rangers!The current Dr's are great and the story lines are getting better. I alsolike Tom Baker,but they were all great.Bring back K9! Bill

I cant believe its 50 years since Dr Who was first shown on TV! And he still looks young!biggrin

My favourite Doctor is John Pertwee, with those long hand-knitted skarves.

Tom Baker was my favourite.

A mate of mine met him in London about 10 years ago. He was drunk and lying on the ground, so he stepped over him. True story.

Huge fan here and I am confident I have seen every show of D r. Who Ever made. it will be me how gets up early  next Sunday to see the special for sure? 

my kids are avid followers also, collecting all the DVDs they can get,.

Agree Tom Baker was no. one

 Sadly, Sara Jane Smith (Elisabeth Sladen, born 1 Feb 1946) died from cancer a couple of years ago (19April 2011).

The Doctor's female companions must have all been chosen for their screams.  Sara had the best scream of all, piercing.  Easy on the eye though.
