Rockhampton QLD - Icon may suffer the most unkindest cut of all

Each year as we roll into "Rocky"  on our yearly northern migration we have a look at the bull on the southern roundabout, taking note of whether or not he is still "entire".  Looks like some of the do gooders of the north want to have a roundup and put all their balls in one paddock.

Hello
I think that both the lady Mayor and the female head of the Tourist association both should have the "balls" to leave this icon just where it is....it typifies Rocky and it's economy .

I live in Yeppoon and thank God we broke away (de-amalgamation) from that Rockhampton Labor Mayor and her stupidity. They are talking about a modern sculpture of a bull's head rising from the ground. Make of that as you will. We cannot have any history because someone wants to be more modern!

No, I'm not busy, I did it right the first time.

My view is that these landmarks should remain. If necessary maybe a facelift, not I said face lift. would be a good idea.
But leave our bloody bulls alone.
