[yeah - it worked. But I haven't used the "link" icon thingy before, even though my URLs just pasted in normally had worked]

Highlight the address/link you want to post in the address bar of your browser, copy it, then past it into your post

http://coffeesnobs.com.au/forum.php

highlight the link in your post, then click on the unbroken chain link in the tool bar above post, a box will open, paste the same link into link URL and click ok, all should work, you will have a live link in your post.

Takes a lot longer to explain than do.

I have already tried it by putting in a link as you suggested and then previewing it. I clicked on the link in the preview screen, and it worked fine. I didn't post it, I'm confident that it was right, just have to remember it. Thanks again for the tuition.
