Sorry to say - but I don't think I would have anything to do with this site - seems like the old saying - "if it seems too good to be true, it usually is".
My pre paid phone plan lets me send messages or ring for free between 6pm and 6am every day! No gimmicks!

I gooogled the website, it says a lot without saying anything. I'm not very technical, but you must join this website to obtain the benefits.
Join SMSPup, Australia's favourite free SMS community and save money on your mobile phone bill! Send free SMS text messages online with SMSPup its 100% free with no hidden costs or charges. Join now, and start sending SMS text for free. You can also use your reward points to bid on great online auctions to win retail vouchers from some of Australia's largest retailers.
OK - that sounds good, but I assume you can only sms for free via other members on their website?
So that means, you would have to have friends/family/or community connections join, or else you would be sending messages to strangers?
Use your SMSPup points to bid on these auction items. To give everybody an equal starting point to bid for rewards, SMSPup features a unique 'Fair-Go Proxy Bidding System'. Visit our FAQ section for more information.
You earn points and receive shopping vouchers from bunnings, Coles, etc. How does that happen if it's FREE?
Right down the bottom of the page I found these links:
Through iDonate, you'll receive special offers, promotions and online surveys in your email. For each response, a cash donation will be made on your behalf towards your preferred iDonate partner charities.
What do you donate? Pictures? Money? Stories? Text Messages?
