Before echuca on the Cohuna Kerang side,there are hundreds of free camps along the river. E.g Braun road. There is also a caravan park in pianta road but doesn't appear to have many sites and should be avoided for the crowds in high season. Due to permanents and cabins. It is on the Murray river but does not have outlook on it from what I can see. We have us ed it for boat launching but not stayed there.
