How to build a tug out of junk.

Farmers are used to fixing things with bits of wire or junk, and this bloke is no exception. Click here for the photo album. (Scroll down for the captions)

Thanks for that Gary.   It's interesting and often ingenious what some people can do with 'left overs'.   I have noticed in my travels around this world of ours that Australians appear to be one of the best (if not the best) at this type of inventiveness.

I saw and old WW2 Jeep in the Phillipines when working there in early 1980's,,,,,, been doin the rounds for ages,,, BUT  the latest "feature" was an old 4L oil bottle between drivers legs for fuel tank, with hose poked in.

When he got out of his Jeep, he would screw the cap on the oil bottle and take his fuel with him. Stopped his prized Jeep being stolen.

Aussies might be good "bush mechanics" but this amazing contraption was made in America! I love he cattle cut-outs across the dash board, its not just functional, its art!
