Unfortunately due to health reasons we are looking to give up life on the road, leaving our gorgeous van for a permanent site. Does anyone know of a lovely relocatable home within 300km north or north west of the Central Coast NSW? Sad but we have to sell our van and probably the tow vehicle too. Would appreciate it if you have heard or seen one, if you could let us know.

Try google .... Relocatable Home Villages NSW....one at Evans Head, Northern Rivers at Riverside Village Complex, 2 beds over 55's overlooking National Park, quite some distance away. $220,000.....Gateway Village northern Grafton, 3 beds, $168,000....you'll

be swamped for choice as you have an almost 300 km radius. I hope you find something perfect. Folk also advertise their own at Real Estate places,

On Gum Tree there is a lot of what you maybe looking for advertised and a lot of them are being sold re a death or having to go into full time nursing home care ...worth a look.

There are many manufactured home parks on the Central Coast to choose from, if you don't want too travel too far from your present location, many are in very pleasant locations on all our beautiful lakes.

Thanks, I tried and was a message that it had to be approved as it looked like a scam....

Thanks everyone. We have been searching these sites, however sometimes they just put a "For Sale" sign on their property or sell it through the park managers. In this case they do not put it on any websites. I thought maybe someone had seen something like this in their travels. Often they are better and cost less than those through a sales agent.

Just saw one in the Lakeside Resort at Forster. No idea how much they want for it but it's being sold through Ray White at either Forster or Tuncurry.

Look up the c/van park in Coolah. Buy a cabin there, and you own the land it sits on, too !!! Regards. Pipes

My brother has a house in a caravan park in Laurieton, they love it there..
