To day I had the great pleasure of having lunch here in down town Batemans Bay with,
"Copper1" Garry and Roxanne, "Neil n Ruth" Neil and Ruth, "Sarg" Ian who came all the way across from Canberra for the lunch and "Handicapped" Andrea and Harry, "Happy Daze" Annie and Rod made an Appearance but due to a previous appointment were unable to stay for lunch. Oh! And "Dougwe" yours truly.
What a great group of people to spend a few hours with. Another day of great people, great conversation's, great place and great food.
My time here in the Bay is getting closer to and end so may not see these people for a while apart from here on this great forum. Next week sometime I will venture south again into another adventure somewhere in the playground.
Thankyou to all of you that attended.

Well I think you're right Dazren. Dougwe must have the highest total for GNs met. I think he beats HW on that one. It was a very pleasant couple of hours, meeting some lovely people. It's always good to put faces to those names we see posting.
All the best to everyone we met today. Happy travels. And I'm not surprised to see Dougwe was first to post. Copper1 will be busy playing with the new puppy.
Seeing that I am in a sea side village I changed to a sea food diet Dazren, so all's good in that department. I will go back to the other diet when in-land again.
After today the telly is 88 GN members met. Long way till I reach 10,000. I think by the time I reach HW's title, in this case for GN's met, it won't be on, to borrow a saying from a famous GN, "Planet Beautiful".

Yep what a great way to spend a few hours meeting fellow GN's. AND making new friends. It was a pleasure to meet "Copper1", Gary and Roxanne, "Neil n Ruth" Neil and Ruth, "Handicapped" Andrea and Harry, "Happy Daze", and Annie and Rod, for a short stay,(hope your toe gets better fast Rod.)....OH and of course Dougwe. Thanks Guys for a nice arvo. Hope we can do it again.........
Hey everyone we are back !! with our new baby and she is gorgeous and we are very happy to have her. Well what another great day had here on the South Coast with fellow GN, dazren, yes you may be right we should anoint Dougwe to the most worshipful position of GNMM . to those that attended especially Sarg who travelled from Canberra all I can say is lets not leave it to long til we all meet again, mmmmm is that not a song. As discussed today a future get together for either a few day's or even a few weeks is on the cards. It will be hopefully organised for the new year and an invite to all GN will be posted, so that those who want to attend can add it to there social calendars Gee maybe we could organise a national rally. It is good to see such a great site and forum founded by Cindy has united those that have common interests and we should all, thank her for that. So from us a Yay for the day must go to you Cindy
So to Dougwe GNMM thanks mate, drive safe on your return trip south and keep in touch and we will hopefully get next years meet off the drawing board and on the road.
I reckon young Ruby would have been exhausted after all that flying time and layover between flights. She's certainly a cutie. Hope she travels well and not like one of our daughter's dogs who gets car sick going 100m!!
We hope so as well neilnruth she did have a little spew at Burrill Lake just before we got home but I think, it was just the day catching up with her. She is certainly happy enough now she is at home will update the nights sleep or lack there of
Nice little addition Gaz"n"Rox, I bet Ruby will be "Top Dog" in your place for a while. She does look adorable
P.S. Garry I bought one of those wheel braces/Toque Thingies you told me about......I hope it works mate or you are in for it ha ha ha
