Friday was an historic day for the Meentheena Veterans Retreat 75km east of Marble Bar in the Pilbara region of WA -- it went online with internet and mobile reception, damn good for such an isolated location. I'm posting this from the camp kitchen.

A working party has just upgraded facilities, there's good river fishing and it's very peaceful. Not only for veterans, but also open to police, fireys, ambos and others.
