The Bikies aren't all bad but there is an element that give the majority a bad rep . The minority are just using the bikie image to do there illegal stuff , ever noted most of the trouble makers aren't of Aussie heritage .

Many bikies are not bad but Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (the Rebels is one) are responsible for most of the amphetamine manufacture in Australia. The below statement is from the Australian Crime Commission website. They are not nice people.
While OMCG members play a prominent role in Australias domestic production of amphetamine-type stimulants, they are also involved in other illicit drug markets, vehicle rebirthing and firearms trafficking. Some OMCG members have expanded their skill sets and become involved in serious frauds, money laundering, extortion, prostitution, property crime and bribing and corrupting officials.
Sorry Billeeee, disagree strongly. Even with my eyesight, the majority of drive by shootings , stabbings and drug dealings are eastern european and north african ethnicities related. The majorities of our eastern state gangs are of these ethnicities. I have ridden bikes for a number of years( until age 55) and truly enjoyed the friendships formed in those early days. Times have changed. Do we really need another 1000 bikies in Western Australia as a show of force???

I have bikies in my family - both members of "gangs" - lovliest blokes you could ever meet. Had several friends who were and are also bikies - would trust them with my life. One of them died of spinal cancer - his funeral was amazing - people from all walks of life - about 1000 attended - they flew his ashes up in a small plane and dropped them over his home town!!!

These days every-one who rides a Motorcycle seems to classed as a "BIKIE". For the information of those who do not know the difference, there are "BIKIES and BIKERS."
"BIKIES" are the Criminal Element. "BIKERS" are ordinary people of any age, who ride Motorcycles.
As an ex-BIKER, it is very annoying when people lump them all in together.
ever noted most of the trouble makers aren't of Aussie heritage .
just what is "Aussie heritage"? and if these folk aren't of Aussie heritage what are they?
.

I am 5th generation Australian "Aussie heritage". I lived and moved out of Greenacre/Lakemba, Sydney, NSW years ago because of violence and discrimination by those of "Ethnic heritage".
I also have had a yarn and a few ales with many blokes that could be called bikers. They are "tared and feathered" by the reputation of other low lifes.

No, I'm not busy, I did it right the first time.
Self-powered wheelie walker, soon a power chair (ex. Nomad)
The police are on our payroll, as are politicians. We rather hope they have our best interests at heart. As far as the police are concerned, I have yet to meet one who didn't join the force (or 'service' in Victoria, sorry fellas) to perform a public service and specifically to protect us against those who set out to do harm.
There is nothing romantic or 'just being boys' or 'misunderstood motorbike enthusiasts' is there? Police aren't going to be interested in them without being given due cause.
I don't think I would be passing him and definitely would not cut him off......even though the guns are fake!
On the topic, the Rebels are massed on the SA border with WA at the moment waiting to cross over tomorrow according to the news tonight, will only be allowed to cross over and travel in two's.......
These thugs are as weak as p.. ,threatening respectable men and women with violence.
Who the hell do they think they are, I just heard on News they are at Ceduna tonight .
it is the biggest police presence since Chogm . They should be made to pay the police wages, they all appear to have money to burn and not a lot appear to work in a real job.
All this police resources has to be taken up the whole time they are in WA and then repeat it all again when they decide to return to where ever they come from.
The news said they were searching every one of them for guns/ drugs /and other gear ,but I recon they wont find much as all this would of been brought over a month ago in vehicles. Tooo cunning to carry guns/ drugs on themselves....
