decided to take a short trip to camerons corner left home 31 july and arrived at westmar for the night. nice truck stop hot shower clean facilities next stop eulo free camp on paroo river (quaint) next stop thargominda caravan park , excellent to stay in very good facilities nice town fuel stop at nocundra sorry to wake the town cappicuno was nice decided to continue to camerons corner but a slight miscalculation in direction saw us at bthe border gates so we decided to continue to tibooburra and spend the night hopefully we will go in the right direction tomorrow very happy with the performance of the sprint on 250k of rough road the main casualty was 1 drawer that lost its screws and no town water because of a build up of grit in the water inlet filter ( now fixed) im sure we will have some more interesting days ahead
Within the next month we hope to go up the Birdsville track, down to Cameron's corner-Tibooburra then across to Bourke. Should finish off our long trip with lots of dirt roads etc. Will be pleased to hear of your experience.
