At Greens Lake

Have arrived at Greens for an overnight stay, after spending last night and today at Murrabit market.Unfortunatelyt it is raining, started just after I arrived. Also cold and windy, but am certainly going to enjoy the time here in my weekend off duty, with a long sleep in tomorrow.Someones been cutting large branches of the trees in the area we are usually around. Done with a chainsaw and whole limbs lying on the ground.Consideringr we are not allowed to cut the trees I wonder if this has been done by vandals or professionals getting rid of dangerous branches.

Will report to the.Corop store tomorrow afternoon and see what I can find out.

Leave the firewood for us.
We'll be there for a few days in September or to Ayson's Reserve if it's to windy at the lake.

Hello Happywanderer.

Had a great night there a few weeks ago thanks to your invitation.  Now at Wilpena in the Flinders Ranges.  Fantastic.  One more ticked off the bucket list.

Firewood here is $18 per bag hmm

Cheers

Wayne

Wow - that is pricy for firewood TT - we paid $10 just a while ago at Boulder Creek, near Mackay! Good size bag too!

Where you headed after the Flinders Ranges - are you going north? We are heading across to Alice Springs, then turning South, into the Rock, Kings Canyon and the Olgas - Coober Pedy, and into the Flinders Ranges - then down to do the Murray.
