The Kindness of Strangers

Thankyou to all who were present on the 20th July 2013 at Galena Bridge Rest Area (Murchison River) Western Australia

for assisting myself and my husband who had collapsed and subsequently was taken to Geraldton Hospital by ambulance

Special thanks to Robert & Lesley Stubbs for their help with the relocation of our caravan to Geraldton. We will be eternally grateful for your generosity

and kindness.

Thanks also to Penny and Clive from Mandurah and Frank for their assistance.

Sincerely grateful

Charlie & Gayle Borg (Victoria)

Thanks for your kind replies, yes Charlie is on the road to recovery thanks to the efforts of many including the wonderful staff at Geraldton hospital and Mount Hospital in Perth
after never having a need for an ambulance he has been in three road ambulances and the wonderful Royal Flying Doctor Service whom we are forever thankful, we now can't wait
to resume our travels once he is fully recovered and look forward to catching up with many ** Grey Nomads ** on our travels.
Safe travels everyone

With all the bad news about the place it's nice to hear about these random acts of kindness. It's great that Charlie's recovering and hopefully both of you will soon be back on the road.
