I can't understand why the State Govt is hell bent on developing more coal mines to supply at rock bottom prices an already over supplied market, If there not building houses all over the food bowl then they want to dig it up and sell it to China or worst still sell the land to a Chinese investor and let them mine it without return to the state. Labor and Liberals are both doing it or already done it
