This extreme adventure damn near killed me. It was 50c plus and we had to fly, then helicopter then walk down to a boat, then had to walk back up the primitive track almost on all fours was horrendous. Hoover Dam a couple of days later was just 50c but much easier to get a round. The week were in Vegas it was 47c all day and min of 38 - 39 all night no air just stifling.....glad to get out of there..
