THE BEAST IS HERE;

Here's a couple of pics just to get started;

Storage area for long items, as in boat trailer pole & loading equipment.

I have to say that the ISRI truck seats are paying dividents already to my crushed spine, the upright positions along with height adjustment & suspension adjustable to weight. even heated as well. This high seating  gives perfect vision all round.

Add this to cruise control, ( which I have never had before) alows you to sit upright with both feet flat on the floor. Along with climate control, electric windows & mirrors with heated demist.

Lots of storage spaces in door pockets, dash pods , over head consol with provision for UHF  as well as in dash, Huge storage under rear seats & a flat flooring makes more good storage. Its a six seater with walk through  from front area to the rear seats.

Power plant is a 180HP 3ltr 4cyl multi valve turbo intercooled combined with a 6 speed manual , 4 wheel disc brakes with ABS & electronic stability control.

Now to fit it all out as planned ,

JC.

You'll really appreciate that seat adjustment Jim.   Apart from the reliability, that was what I loved most about the Subaru Forester.

Have the same height advantage in the Hi-ace now.  Would hate to have to go back to a vehicle where you feel as though you're sitting just above the road.

The rest of it looks great too.  Love the storage area as well.

Cheers,

Sheba.

I saw one of these recently all set up like your one will be. The big Area behind the cab had a checker plate Canopy with very smart doors and one roller shutter. The doors were on gas struts and gave them lots of room under as well as protection from rain. Even had a strip of annexe track on the inside of them which would take some shade cloth privacy screens which could be angled out and pegged.

Then the 5Th wheeler coupling with an airbag suspension. The guy driving said his better half would drive it but would never tow a van.

I used to drive a truck years ago with the Isri seats, wish I had some now. Once you get them adjusted correctly for your weight they are terrific.

Hope your fit out is speedy and  you get on the road ASAP to enjoy.

I'd say that the ISRI (Isringhausen) seats are the best in the world, spent many an hour bouncing up and down.
Nice truck, look forward to seeing the end result.  Always lovely when you get something new, hope you enjoy it.

Impressive beastie !
Looks like lots of interior room.
Cruise control is great. You don't know how handy it is 'till you have it.
All the best.
