A few people seem to be having trouble down-sizing Pics. again lately, so I'm posting the Link to the one I use.  It's very simple, and the down-sized Pics. get put straight into their own Folder when done.  The best size to use, is 640.  It's also Free, and is suitable for Windows 8 as well as the others.
