Cheap Turbo Ovens in WA

We just went into Good Guys Mandurah (for an electric blanket...brrr) and saw a stack of the ovens 12L GVA brand for $39 until 24th June.

I assume all GG stores in WA at least would have them.

Cheers Neil

At night I seem to be wearing more clothes in bed than I wear during the day, we are getting into the minus side of the 0' at night...I'm waiting for it to snow...brrr.

Love my turbo oven - like an electrified Cobb cooker, almost. Can be used as an oven to cook cakes, scones etc., as well as roasting etc. Great if you don't have an oven in the van or MH - will run on 2kva generator. And so easy to clean.

We got a digital turbo oven with a hinged lid at The Reject shop at Tuggerah NSW. A good buy I reckon.

Ok, it must be me! I bought one a couple of months ago, never had a single success with it. I am not a great cook but it was supposed to be sooooo easy, give away to goog home i think. at the moment I don't see it winning space in the motor home.

PSE - it is the same as using a fan forced oven, sort of, very quick, just have to make sure you use the right rack - I used to cook a whole meal in mine - crumbed cutlets, small roast spuds, and peas or beans wrapped in foil! Yummy! All in about 20 minutes, and no mess!!!
