Off to WA

Finally we are off to Pinjarra West to welcome our fifth grandchild into the world. We would have gone sooner but our eldest son has had to have 2 major bowel operations in the last 18 months with another one to before years end so we will have to be back for that. We leave on Thursday and being the proverbial turtles it will take us a while to get there, but providing we make it before July 25th all should be well. We think our role will be looking after their other 2 children and doing the school run etc.

All the best and safe travels gwb. Enjoy that new bub - and the other ones of course. Nice to have some grandparent duties.

Drive safely and enjoy the drive!

You'll like Pinjarra and it's close to Mandurah and an hour's drive to Perth. No such thing as peak hour traffic here. :)

Cheers

No, we are the proverbial turtles, we left Brisbane 9th July 2011, and only made it to WA in April 2013.  Now that is turtle time.

We won't be too far from you at Pinjarra.  We arrive at Mundijohn on 31st July - be there for two months.  We might be able to catch up, if your busy schedule allow it.

Travelling via Warwick, Goondiwindi, Narrabri, Gilgandra, Cobar, Broken Hill, Peterborough and straight across to Norseman with a few in between stops as befits our turtle status.
Thanks everyone for the nice thoughts. We are in a silver Pathfinder 91-BEV with a 23' Jayco Sterling in tow.
