Having just crossed the nullabor for my second time some observations
I found all camp sites much cleaner than last time (about 2 years ago) so I think there has been a big clean up and perhaps people are becoming more considerate of their actions
LPG was very hard to get and when you could was around $1.26 a litre
Quite a few servos didn't have it and one said they hadn't had a delivery in 2 weeks
Petrol and diesel all around the mid $1.90's
If relying on LPG you wouldn't make it across at the moment
The last time we crossed was in 2009 so this may give a comparison we used LPG all the way and had no issues with supply, Caiguna $1.06 cpl, Balladonia $1.00 cpl Madura pass $1.06 cpl & Nullabour $1.12 cpl and Ceduna $0.71, Always check wind direction and LPG availability at tourist info centers prior to leaving either side of Nullabour.
