Picked up our new jurgens lunagazer JT403 on Friday last week from Donehues Lesuire in Hamilton this is the second jurgens we have owned and the delivery at hamiton was a much better experience than at the Melbourne dealer last time.Even though we have had a jurgens last time they still went right through the van and annexe and went for a tow with the van as well.
There was a slight problem with the ESC but they still worked after hours and fixed the problem on the spot Great van and great service.
Thanks Alan and Adele this our second Jurgens we were happy with our first but this one has a slightly different lay out and some improvements so should be good
Had my " new" Lunagazer 2403 for 26 weeks and has been in dealers for nearly 19 weeks SO FAR. Still there waiting on parts from South Africa, and still NO date or time for parts to arrive..
Tried 3 times to get an answer re repairs via email and sms messages this week with NO reply, so picked up van so we can have some use of it. Sat in dealers for over 18 weeks total waiting for parts and still not available and NO answer as to when and if ever the warranty work will be done and completed. Have already lost 4 months + of warranty period with van sitting in dealers yard so interesting times ahead...
