Dave & Di, we've just joined up after lurking for a while. Just ordered the new van, house is going on the market soon (let's hope it sells before the van is ready for pick up) and then the tug has to be ordered and delivered and modified and all the rest of the stuff we've read about while lurking here and on some other forums. It's all been great advice and has been really helpful and we'd like to thank everyone here for the willingness to share their knowledge and experience - we'll try and pay it back by doing the same.
I'm sure we'll have something more to say as departure time draws closer
Welcome D and D, enjoy here and out in the playground. also and as well even, don't be to dazzled by wombat holes or Gypsy's while moving around this site.

A very warm welcome Dave and Di it is lovely to 'see' you both here on the forum. You are right it holds a wealth of valuable info for both the accomplished travellers and new travellers all you need to to is grab what info suits you.
Dougwe told you a firfy in that he said to watch out for "don't be to dazzled by wombat holes or Gypsy's" . Us three being Dazren, Wombat and me Bohemian Gypsy (Michelle) are the loveliest people you would want to meet. Very friendly and helpful always ready with a joke or a laugh. Dougwe is the real troublemaker here and I tell you that for free lol.
Have fun as well as meet great people when you start your journey.
Welcome from us too D and D. This is a friendly forum and we welcome 'lurkers' when they finally become 'posters'. Have fun here and out in the playground.
