Hi, wanting to buy a satelite phone and have been researching.. Thought I would buy an Inmarsat isatPhonePRO. Has anyone got any experience with this unit or any other thoughts. Cheers

We have recently purchased one through ClientSat. Rob was the name of the guy. Found him very helpful and you could be eligible for the Govt rebate which I think might be close to closing off, not sure about this though. Very neat unit, quick delivery and packed well. Pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. Just a happy customer.

Could be a lifesaver so worth doing the deed. Not sure when the Govt subsidy runs out but it's either the end this month or next. You need to check that out otherwise it's full price.

I got mine from campersat and I have no problems with the phone campersat did all the paperwork for the subsidy so it was very easy.

Cheers

Trevor

PS just like using a normal phone once you have acquired the satellites which doesn't take long.

We also went prepaid good for 2years. Full subsidy is 85% and part 50% well worth getting if you qualify.
